Requesting approval of Year 33 (2020) Urban County Program Interlocal Agreements with sixteen (16) participating cities and authorization for Hidalgo County Judge Richard F. Cortez to sign any and all agreements.
BACKGROUND
In order to ensure the proper expenditures of CDBG funds, as outlined in 24 CFR Part 570 and other related federal rules and regulations as they apply, an Interlocal Agreement must be formally executed on an annual basis between the County of Hidalgo and each Urban County Program participating cities. Interlocal Agreements will be executed with the following cities:
