1.   Ratification of contract, C-19-073-06-18 for Repairs, Installation & Removal of Communications Radio Tower & Miscellaneous Emergency Equipment on all County Units (on an as needed basis) for Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office with South Texas Communications to exercise 60 day grace period, from August 13, 2020 - October 12, 2020;
 
2. Requesting to exercise the first of three one (1) year extensions of current contract, C-19-073-08-13, under the same rates, terms, and conditions with -South Texas Communications "Repair Removal and Installation and/or Purchase of Radios, Computers and Other Miscellaneous Emergency Equipment" expiring on August 12, 2021.
