3. Authority to negotiate a professional engineering service contract with the No. 1 ranked firm of                      for the provision of Engineering Service for an Urban County Program Years 31, 32 & 33 (2018, 2019 & 2020) Hidalgo Flood Drainage Improvements project.

Project consists of flood drainage improvements to include the upgrade and expansion of the storm sewer system.  Will also include the reconstruction of streets.  Other expenses will include professional engineering services, geo-technical and material testing fees, advertisements, etc.
