A. Requesting approval of First Amendment to Service Contract with Eligibility Tracking Calculators, LLC [Contract C-18-140-07-03], to change the name of the Consultant from Eligibility Tracking Calculators, LLC to ETC Lite, LLC due to dissolving of the inital company (ownership stays the same);
B. Requesting approval of ratification of services provided to the County as ETC Lite, LLC shall no longer provide Eligibility Tracking Services and Section 1 of Exhibit “B” shall be deleted in its entirety with all terms and conditions of the contract, as amended, remain the same.
