A. Requesting exemption from competitive procurement requirements pursuant to Texas Local Government Code. 262.024(a)(7)(C) an item that only be obtained from one source;
B. Approval of a Sole Source Declaration for Spectrum, fka, Time Warner Cable for the provision of all PRI circuits and related services for Hidalgo County Elected Offices, Departments, Programs and/or Agencies (all funding sources);
C. Requesting authority to enter into a 12 month service agreement with Spectrum Enterprise in the amount of $750 a month for the additional circuits.
