Requesting authorization and approval of the continuation of the Texas Veterans Commission (TVC) Broken Arrow Grant for fiscal year 2021-2022 (7-1-2021 to 6-30-2022).

BACKGROUND

FY 2021-2022 Grant period is 7-1-2021 to 6-30-2022; TVC has pre-approved and authorized the Hidalgo Co. Veterans Dept to continue with the TVC Broken Arrow Grant (refer to attached TVC letter dated 10-6-2020). Grant No.: GT-VSO20-004
No county cash match required.
The Notice of Grant Award (NOGA) by TVC (grantor) is expected to be received by the Hidalgo Co. Veterans Dept on or about June 2021 in the amount of $500,000.00.
