1. Discussion, consideration, and action to approve payment of certain COVID-19 related overtime hours to FLSA covered employees listed in Exhibit A in accordance with Section 7.51 of the Hidalgo County Civil Service Commission Rules and Section 8.40 of the Hidalgo County Personnel Policy Manual for overtime hours worked through December 31, 2020.

2. Discussion, consideration, and action to waive Section 7.61 of the Hidalgo County Civil Service Commission Rules and to approve payment of certain COVID-19 related overtime hours to FLSA non-covered employees listed in Exhibit B for overtime hours worked through December 31, 2020.

3. Discussion, consideration, and action to waive sections 7.41-7.42A of the Hidalgo County Civil Service Commission Rules and Sections 8.27-8.29 of the Hidalgo County Personnel Policy Manual and increase the Annual Leave Accrual Reserve Limit for calendar year 2020 for employees listed in Exhibit C as follows:
