BACKGROUND
On September 22, 2020, Commissioner’s Court ranked and approved contract negotiations with Javier Hinojosa Engineering for Professional Engineering Services. See attached Contract Exhibits and Work Authorization #1 along with Certificate of Liability Insurance.
