3.  Authority to negotiate a professional engineering service contract with the No. 1 ranked firm of                                  for the provision of Construction Materials Geo-technical Testing Service for an Urban County Program Years 31 & 32 (2018 & 2019) City of Hidalgo Flood Drainage Project.

Project consists of flood drainage improvements to include the upgrade and expansion of the storm sewer system.  Will also include the reconstruction of streets.  Other expenses will include professional engineering services, geo-technical and material testing fees, advertisements, etc.  Location:  5th Street, Flora Street, First Street, Esperanza St, Second St., Dalia Street Hidalgo, TX  78557.
