Pursuant to HCCC approval, requesting authority for the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department to negotiate a Professional Engineering Services Agreement with the number one ranked firm of _____________________________  for the provision of On-Call  Engineering Services for R & B, CIP, & Other Projects in General within Precinct 4.
