Recommendation to award contract for RFB titled: " Procurement and Installation of AV/Court Technology and Other Items" for New Hidalgo County Courthouse project No. 2020-505-11-18-HAG to the responsible vendor Telepro Communications submitting the lowest and best bid [meeting all specifications and requirements as set forth and approved by CC and included in the procurement packet] in the amount of $4,453,953.00 subject to receipt of compliant and acceptable payment and performance bonds subject to review and approval by HC/DA/Civil Section prior to execution of contract.
