Recommendation to award contract for RFB titled: " Procurement and Installation of Digital Signage and Other Items" for New Hidalgo County Courthouse project No. 2020-506-11-18-HAG to the responsible vendor Netsync Network Solutions submitting the lowest and best bid [meeting all specifications and requirements as set forth and approved by CC and included in the procurement packet] in the amount of $261,572.57 subject to receipt of acceptable payment and performance bonds to be reviewed and approved by HC/DA/Civil Section prior to execution of contract.

BACKGROUND

(1.) 43 Bid packets distributed (2.) 2 Bids received (3.) Recommended vendor meets all specifications and/or requirements (4.) The new contract will commence on December 9, 2020 and (5).  FF& E has four categories: a) Furniture, b) Signage, c.) AV Court Tech, d.) Digital Signage.
