A.) Presentation of scoring grid as attached for the purposes of ranking by CC, of the responses received and evaluated in connection with RFP No. 2020-530-11-04-ABV for Property & Casualty Insurance Policies (Including 3rd Party Administration Services), SOLELY for "Boiler Machinery" in order to award and approve premiums of same;

B.) Recommendation to accept "Premium Summary", award the top ranked proposal received from_____________________for Hidalgo County's Property & Casualty Insurance Polices (including 3rd Party Administration Services), SOLELY for Boiler & Machinery with authority to purchase said policies and services from__________________________.

C.) Recommending that CC approve to waive technicality pursuant legal notices to RFP: 2020-530-11-04-ABV Property & Casualty Insurance Policies including 3rd Party Administration Services) Summary and accept Medical Malpractice line coverage secured by Montalvo Insurance (received after RFP acceptance date) as it is in the best interest of Hidalgo County to do so;

D.) Review, recommendation and action by HCCC to accept the sole response received from Montalvo Insurance for RFP: 2020-530-11-04-ABV for "Hidalgo County's Property and Casualty Insurance Policies (including 3rd Party Administration Services), as listed on the summary of submissions received, attached.

E.) Review, recommendation and action by HCCC to accept the sole response received from McGriff, Seibles & Williams for RFP: 2020-530-11-04-ABV for" Hidalgo County's Property and Casualty Insurance Policies (including 3rd Party Administration), as listed on the summary of submissions received, attached.

F.)  Approval to proceed to complete applications [as required by vendor] including authority for Judge, Court Member of Commissioners' Court  or Executive Officer to sign any applicable documentation for said policies and services.

G.) Acceptance and approval of schedule of premiums/fees (as approved by CC) and attached hereto as 2021-2022 Coverage Summary for Property and Casualty Insurance Policies awarded effective January 01, 2021 through December 31, 2021 with authority to purchase and issue payment.
