Acceptance and approval of proposal received from E3 Entegral Solutions Inc. through our membership/participation with Buyboard contract 602-20 to perform a turn-key lighting retrofit at the Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office in the amount of $437,466.29 including material, labor, equipment, installation, storage and handling of said materials.
