“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295” the Urban County Program is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with 2GS LLC dba Earthworks, the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $206,892.25, utilizing UCP funds from Fiscal Years 33(2020) San Juan Street Improvement Funds.

BACKGROUND

The bid opening was held on January 20, 2021 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was 2GS, LLC dba Earthworks, to include a Base bid and alternate # 1 for a total contract amount of $206,892.25. Project consists of Street Improvements within the City of San Juan.  Please see attached letter of recommendation by the project engineer and contractor’s general liability insurance.  Project engineer firm is SAM Engineering & Surveying.
