BACKGROUND
The purpose for the membserhip of Sheriff Lupe Trevino to the Western States Sheriff's Association is to provide further reinforcement to the Sheriff to perform his tasks in the most professional manner. To obtain this goal the Association provides continuous training on new procedures and laws for the better safety of the citiznes of Hidalgo County.
