Requesting approval to rescind action taken by Commissioners Court on Tuesday February 16, 2021 [AI-79523] for the purchase of two (2) utility trailers from Ron Hoover Companies of Donna, Inc. under TIPS-Contract #200202. 

BACKGROUND

The Purchase will be made using the Open Market method by attaining three (3) minimum quotes. Since Ron Hoover Companies of Donna was not authorized to sell utility trailers under the TIPS-Contract . PO has not been issued.
