1. Public Hearing concerning a proposed Budget & Program Amendment for Urban County Program FY 20 (2007) for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 2. The proposed amendment will add Santana/Eldora (Nadia Street) to the existing Street Improvement line item workplan.

2. Requesting approval of a Budget & Program Amendment for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 2 to add Santana/Eldora (Nadia Street) to the existing Street Improvement line item workplan for Urban County Program Year 20 (2007).

The proposed amendment for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 2 will add the reconstruction of Santana/Eldora (Nadia Street) located within Precinct No. 2 boundaries to the existing Street Improvement line item workplan in UCP Year 20 (2007). A Public Hearing was held on February 26, 2008 at 9:30 A.M., and citizen participation requirements have been met. See attached detailed amendment.

Year 20 (2007). The proposed amendment will add to the existing street improvement work plan: the reconstruction of Santana/Eldora (Nadia street) to include, but not limited to, sidewalks, drainage, curb and gutter and other related appurtenances.
