Requesting approval to amend the subrecipient agreement for the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Texas Emergency Rental Assistance Program (TERAP) contract # 70200001042, between Hidalgo County (the “County”) and Affordable Homes of South Texas, Inc. (AHSTI) a Texas Non-Profit Development Organization (“NDO”).
BACKGROUND
The County and AHSTI entered into a subrecipient agreement for the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Texas Emergency Rental Assistance Program (TERAP) on March 2, 2021. The amendment will allow for updates to be made in the award expenditure amounts.
