Sec. 86.012 RESERVE DEPUTY CONSTABLE
(a) The Commissioner Court of a County may authorized a Constable of the County to appoit Reserve Deputy Constable. The Commissioner may limit the number of Reserve Deputy Constable that a Constable may apoint.
