BACKGROUND
Citizen Participation plan dictates that the County of Hidalgo hold a Public Hearing to consider public comments on the contents of its 2020 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report prior to submission to HUD. The UCP published the public notice of the CAPER’s completion and a fifteen (15) day comment period was held from September 2, 2021 thru September 16, 2021.
