BACKGROUND
The City of Edcouch is requesting approval of the Budget / Program Amendment for Program Year 20 (2007) to provide additional funding and allow for additional projects in Water/Sewer Improvements and General Administration. A public hearing was held on February 27, 2008 at 6:45 p.m. and citizen participation requirements have been met. See attached detailed amendment.
