Auditor, Ms. Leticia Chavez, Dir. of Audit Division, Mr. Li Xuejiao, Accountant I, Ms. Deborah Fischer, Director of Accounting Div., Ms. Nereyda Gonzalez, Financial Accounting Supervisor; with authority for the County Treasurer to issue check after review, audit, and processing procedures are completed by the County Auditor. 

The purpose of the Government Finance Officer's Association (GFOA) is to enhance and promote the professional management of governments for the public benefit by identifying and developing financial policies and practices, and promoting them through education, training, and leadership.
