On 08/10/21 CC approved Hidalgo County Urban County Program's (UCP) request for approval of Texas Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program (TEMAP) Memorandum of Understanding Agreement with the Hidalgo Community Service Agency (CSA) in the amount of $495,000.
