Presentation for consideration, discussion, acceptance, and approval of an "Amendment" to the proposed Short Term Rental Agreement as provided by Holt Cat, between Hidalgo County and Holt Cat.
BACKGROUND
The proposed amendments have been reviewed and approved by legal counsel for the purpose of utilizing the short term contract for needed rentals with Holt Cat. Attached are the proposed amendments to their contract as approved by Hidalgo County's legal counsel. Proposed amendment will allow Hidalgo County to rent equipment from Holt Cat on a short term basis. Proposed amendment has been reviewed and approved by Hidalgo County's Legal Counsel.
