BACKGROUND
The City of Weslaco requests approval to award a bid and approval of a construction contract in the amount of $44,606.40 to Alvarez Construction for the construction of sidewalks on First Street from Kansas Avenue to Iowa Street and on Second Street from Kansas Avenue to Iowa Street.
