The Urban County Program, is requesting approval of the final negotiated contract with the number one ranked firm of Javier Hinojosa Engineering, with a fee of $37,024.05 in connection with a City of Peñitas Street Improvement project utilizing Years 16 (2003) and 18 (2005).

The City of Peñitas has negotiated a contract with Javier Hinojosa Engineering in the amount of $37,024.05 for a Street Improvement project. The project consists of drainage, the relocation and installation of water and sewer lines, and any other appurtenances needed in Camargo Subdivision in the City of Peñitas.
