HIDTA CCP 59 (1251):
1. Approval of 2022 Appropriation of funds for the HIDTA CCP 59 Asset Forfeiture Fund Budget.
2. Authorization and approval to pay overtime for hours worked over 80 hours per pay period.

BACKGROUND
The Hidalgo County Personnel Policy Manual Section 8.40 states An employee receives compensation for extra hours or overtime hours as follows:
Upon approval of the Governing Authority, wages for extra hours or overtime hours may be paid in cash and included in the employee's paycheck for the work period in which the extra hours or overtime hours occurred or in the paycheck following such work period. If no such approval is given, the employee is credited with Compensatory Leave as provided in this Chapter.
