BACKGROUND
This Resolution is required by the Texas Department of Agriculture for the funding authorized for Hidalgo County under contract number CFC21-0418. The Resolution designates certain authorized bonded signatories for the 2021 Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) Colonia Fund Construction grant.
