BACKGROUND
3rd amended agreement modifies and clarifies section 15 Compensation terms and incorporates Exhibit A to the agreement. The total annual compensation amount is $29,584.00 and the O/T hours worked will not exceed 50 hrs per month for both Constable Pct. 1 & Pct. 3. FY 2021 agreement term is from 9.3.2021 to 9.2.2022.
