Discussion, consideration, and possible action to recommend approval to create the following positions: (2) Eligibility Worker I full-time Permanent positions, (1) Eligibility Worker III full-time Permanent position for the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP), and (4) Eligibility Workers II Temporary positions for the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and for the Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP), effective through December 2022 with possible extension.

 

4. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to call an election for the position of the Low-Income Representative for the District #3.

 

5. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to ratify the continuation notice of funding opportunity for the Americorps Senior Programs: Senior Companions Program (SCP) Grant: 21SCGTX002 and the Foster Grandparents Program (FGP) Grant: 21SF6TX001 for program year 2022. 

 

6. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to ratify the Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) Water Provide Agreement, for the benefit of the Hidalgo County Residents for utility assistance, with authorization for Jaime Longoria to electronically sign any and all pertinent documents.
