Consideration and approval of Construction Contract Change Order for the City of Granjeno Public Facility Improvements Project. Change Order No. 4 will increase the current construction contract with Celso Gonzalez Construction, LLC, in the amount of $85,570.61, and authorize the County Judge to sign any and all documents associated with the Change Order

BACKGROUND

The increase to the construction contract price is due to the additional material and labor needed to retrofit the existing building after the building was demolished and designed.  Funding for this change order increase will be from Urban County Program and Local City Funds.

Original Contract Amount (including previous change orders):   $1,220,103.69
 
Change Order  Amount: $85,570.61
 
New Contract Amount:  $1,305,674.30
