1. Requesting exemption from competitive bidding requirements under the Texas Local Government Code 262.024 (a)(4) for Professional Engineering Services;

3. Authority to negotiate a professional engineering service contract with the No. 1 ranked firm of for the provision of Engineering Service for an Urban County Program Year 34 (2021) Donna Street Improvements project.

Project consists of the reconstruction of Champion Street, to include drainage improvements such as but not limited to the purchase and installation of drainage pipes and inlets to connect to the sewer system to include adjacent/abutting streets within the same general vicinity. Other expenditures include professional engineering service fees, geo-technical and construction material testing fees and advertisements etc.
