BACKGROUND
The Humanities Texas grant can pay for the costs of shipping the exhibition. The grant funds will necessarily come after the exhibition has been reserved, rented, and paid for. In other words, the grant funds will be used to reimburse the costs expended on renting/shipping the exhibition.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

Auditor's Office will create a new account #, once grant is awarded by grantor, accepted by CC, budget is established, and revenues are certified by Co. Auditor.Grant Amount: $1,500.00, to fund promotional expenses and cost of exhibit rental
County Cash Match: $1,500.00, cash match will be used to pay for food, beverage, & recognition plaques for event
In Kind Contribution: $6,560.00, this amount is the rental fee provided as an in-kind match by IMAS.
Total Estimated Project Cost: $9,560.00
