BACKGROUND
This adjustment will not increase or decrease the total amount of the grant. However, it will update Travel/Training description and the Performance Measures of the grant.
All expenditures for "Travel and/or Training" for the employees under the Border Prosecution Unit (BPU) grant and the District Attorney have been approved by the Office of the Governor (OOG). However, a prerequisite has been implemented by OOG for the current fiscal year. Prior to requesting reimbursement, a budget adjustment must be submitted revising the description, by itemizing each expenditure, on the OOG website.
In addition, as per OOG directive the "Performance Measures" will be updated.
