BACKGROUND
The bid opening was held on March16, 2022 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was Saenz Brothers Construction, LLC. Project consists of but not limited to the replacement and upgrade of water and sewer lines. Please see attached letter of recommendation by the project engineer CRUZ-HOGAN CONSULTANTS, INC.
