BACKGROUND
On March 8, 2022, Commissioner’s Court ranked and approved contract negotiations with Lazcamera, LLC dba Fulcrum Consulting Services for professional engineering services. See attached Agreement, Exhibits, Certificate of Liability Insurance and HB 1295.
