The purpose of the First Amendment to the Grant Contract between county & OAG is due to a corporate name change from the authorized vendor Appriss Insights, LLC. The purpose of the OAG Statewide Automated Victim Notification Service (SAVNS) grant program is to assist Texas counties in maintaining a statewide system that will provide relevant offender release information to victims of crime, promote public safety, and support the rights of victims of crime. The OAG makes grant funds available for SAVNS services provided to grantees by the certified vendor Appriss Insights, LLC.
