“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295” the Urban County Program is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with 2GS, LLC dba Earthworks Enterprise , the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $138,426.00 utilizing UCP funds from Fiscal Years 34 (2021) La Joya Street Improvements Funds.

The bid opening was held on July 27, 2022 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was 2GS, LLC dba Earthworks Enterprise.  Project consists of street paving (overlay) to including but not limited to the adjacent/abutting streets within the same general vicinity and related appurtenances. Other expenditures such as professional engineering service fees, geo-technical and construction material testing fees, etc. Please see attached letter of recommendation by the project engineer SAMS,Inc.
