“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295” the Urban County Program is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with IOC Company, LLC., the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $288,576.00 utilizing UCP funds from Fiscal Years 34 (2021) Peñitas Street Improvement Funds.

BACKGROUND

The bid opening was held on June 1st, 2022 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was IOC Company, LLC. Attached please find contractor’s letter honoring bid submission after the 60 day minimum.  Project consists of street improvements.  Attached is letter of recommendation by the project engineer CSJ Group and contractor’s general liability insurance.

Available Funds:   $    9,000.00     Peñitas City Funds
