1. Presentation by Sam Engineering and Surveying Inc. (SAMES) on the completion of the Roadway and Bridge Inventory Assessment Study and Report (Hidalgo County Street Inventory Project), contract C-21-0435-09-21.
2. Discussion and possible action authorizing Eduardo Belmarez, Purchasing Director, to sign all required documents to accept and take ownership on behalf of Hidalgo County all documents and electronic files related with the Roadway and Bridge Inventory Assessment Study and Report to include but not limited to the year to date GASB-34 data report and Street Inventory Data-Base.
