BACKGROUND
Reference:
AI-87640, CC 9-27-2022, CC Approval of 4th Amendment to Interlocal Agreement between Constable Pct. 1 & Constable Pct. 3 and Texas A & M University-Kingsville for FY 2022 (10-27-2022 to 10-26-2023) to provide security services.
The cash match funds are not required since TAMUK has agreed to reimburse county for actual costs in accordance with the 4th Amended Interlocal Agreement. Auditor's Office is recommending deobligaton of lapsed cash match funds.
