Requesting approval of Amendment to the 2020 HOME Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) Program Agreement between Hidalgo County Urban County Program and Proyecto Azteca, Inc. The proposed amendment will increase the 2020 Agreement with Proyecto Azteca utilizing available FY 2017 and FY 2018 CHDO balances in the amount of $121,180.82
BACKGROUND
The 2020 agreement granted Proyecto Azteca $250,000 HOME funds for the new construction of two (2) to three (3) single family home units. The amendment will increase the 2020 Contract Agreement to $371,180.82 which will allow for the construction of additional single family home units.
