Approval of amended resolution (TDA Form A100) to designate the Hidalgo County Judge and other authorized signatories for the application, subsequent contractual documents, environmental reviews, request for payments and other required forms related to the reimbursement of projects costs - Texas Department of Agriculture Colonia Funds: Construction - 2021 contract # CFC21-0418.
BACKGROUND
The Resolution is required as part of the County’s participation in the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) Texas Community Development Block Grant Program fund application, which was granted to the County under Contract No. CFC21-0418. The funds will be utilized for lift station improvements and benefit low to moderate income persons residing in colonias. The Resolution designates certain authorized signatories for the 2021 Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) Colonia Funds: Construction grant. This amended resolution supersedes the original dated July 12, 2022
