BACKGROUND
Unfortunately there was miscommunication in the total balance for the grant Operation Stone Garden between the auditor's office and ourselves which caused us to exceed the available balance.
The grant term is from 3-1-2022 through 2-28-2023, and we are needing to fund from General Fund Overtime (object code 131). The Auditor's office is needing to reclassify overtime expenses for PP #5 in order to close out the grant.
