The Urban County Program requests approval of the Emergency Solutions Grant Program Sub-Recipient Agreements with the following Non-Profit Agencies for Program Year 35 (2022) retroactively effective June 1, 2023 to August 23, 2024 (See attached Agreement).

BACKGROUND
The 2022-2024 Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) has a two (2) year agreement with HUD effective 8/23/2022 to 8/23/2024. Currently the ESG program has three homeless provider service agencies submitting eligible requests for payment for services provided from January 1, 2022 to May 31, 2023. Therefore, the Urban County Program is requesting approval to enter into agreements from June 1, 2023 to August 23, 2024 for the new program year.
