“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295”, the Urban County Program is requesting approval to purchase equipment from My Office Pod, Inc. for the City of Mercedes public library in the amount of  $25,855.00  UCP Fiscal Year 35 (2022) and City of Mercedes Public Services funds will be utilized.

BACKGROUND

Three written quotes were requested, received, and reviewed. The lowest responsible quote was received from My Office Pod, Inc. The library equipment will be utilized by the City of Mercedes public library. Delivery is expected within 60 days of receipt of purchase order. (Price quotation form & quotes are attached for your review)
