Pursuant to Chapter 791 of Texas Government Code requesting approval of an Interlocal Agreement between Hidalgo County and Tarrant County for the purchase of various commodities using annual contracts in accordance with applicable State statutes and to join the Tarrant County's Cooperative Purchasing Program.
