1. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to rescind agenda items AI-91833 presented on August 8, 2023, to accept an agreement with the Action Janitorial Service for a period of one (1) year term and shall automatically renew for additional one (1) year periods on the anniversary date of this agreement and authorization for Jaime Longoria to electronically sign any and all pertinent documents.
2. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to accept an agreement with the Action Janitorial Service, in the amount of $1,720.00 per month, for a period of one (1) year term and shall automatically renew for additional one (1) year periods on the anniversary date of this agreement, with authorization for Jaime Longoria to electronically sign any and all pertinent documents.
