CAPTION
Memorandum of Understanding between Hidalgo County Precinct 3 and the Palmview Chamber of Commerce, whereas both parties believe that this agreement would serve a public purpose for the benefit of the constituents of Hidalgo County Precinct 3, as it will provide greater access to services provided by the Chamber that may promote small business interest affecting the community.
BACKGROUND
The County and the Chamber agree that the nature of the relationship between them is one of landlord and tenant, and no other.
